Annie Martin
Project Architect
Annie hails from east Tennessee where the landscapes of the Great Smokey Mountains and the public works projects of the TVA honed her understanding of the transformative capacity of place-based design. Annie received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee and Masters of Architecture from the University of Michigan. More than a licensed architect, Annie brings expert knowledge and passion for detail to every project.
Through her time practicing outside of school, she has focused on community and sustainability. Along with leading a diverse range of projects, she is a certified Passive House Tradesperson and teaches studio at the University of Colorado in Denver. She is currently volunteering her expertise to lead a Development Committee for her neighborhood Athmar Park where she organizes and informs residents of local housing developments and advocates for needs of the community. In her spare time, she loves to be in her garden with her husband, two boys, cat, dog, and chickens.
